Shipping policy

Axiland Southeast two ways for online orders to be processed - direct shipment to your address or via in-store pickup.

SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING -

Orders placed before 2 PM during store hours, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be shipped the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

All items will be shipped from our store location.

Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. Expect an email within completion of your order to let you know your order is on the way! USPS delivery time frames range between 3-5 Business Days with UPS ranging from 2-3 Business Days.

STORE PICKUP -  

Pickup designated orders can be picked up daily, within business hours, upon completion of your order process. Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 1-2 hours. Our team will send an email when your order is ready for pickup.
