What to Expect with Rhinestone Custom Design

We can transfer whatever logos, designs, or images you have into custom rhinestone heat transfers. Here’s how it works:

Create Template Mock-Up: Our Rhinestone designer will transform your design into its rhinestone template. This is a one-time process but a necessary one whenever we are creating a new design or changing the size or number of colors on an existing design. The output from the template will also serve as the mock-up we will share with you for your confirmation. We work with our clients to make any necessary changes during this process.

Template/Mock-Up Confirmation: Once you give your approval, we can begin the production of the rhinestone transfers.

Created in-house: We create all rhinestone transfers in-house, which means nothing is offshored or passed down to a third-party. This way you can be comfortable in knowing we are using the rhinestones you see at the store and are monitoring the quality of production at every step!

Ready for Pick-Up: Once the custom rhinestone patches are complete, we let you know the items are ready for pick-up or are in the process of shipping.

Peel, Position, and Press: Once you receive your transfers, all you need to do is peel, position, and press on your chosen garment. If you used our Ready to Press Hotfix Rhinestone Transfers before, the process will be very familiar to you.
